RAM JI Constructions started with a simple frustration: too many commercial builds ran over program and over budget because nobody on site was straight with the client. We set out to fix that one warehouse, one childcare centre, one office fit-out at a time.
Today we run commercial and industrial projects across Melbourne and Victoria, with particular depth in on-site tilt-up concrete panel construction. Every job still gets the same first-day promise: clear reporting, honest numbers, and a crew that answers the phone.
We stayed commercial-first on purpose. Warehouses, childcare centres, retail fit-outs, offices and townhouses all sit under one roof here, run by project managers who know Australian Standards inside out and a site team that treats your build like their own.
